Uploading Files


You can upload file(s) for a print order after checkout and order confirmation.

Our preferred format for the submission of files is PDF. PDF files have the advantage over other file types because they are immutable (the contents cannot be easily changed), compact (file sizes are usually much smaller than even compressed native files), and able to go directly to our pressroom.

Before uploading a file, users are encouraged to follow our workflows, which can be found in the Help Menu under "Your Specific Workflow". We recommend that you download our template for each product that you order. Using our templates will help speed your job through production by ensuring that your jobs conform to our specs.

As you proceed through the order process, our system will prompt you to upload file(s). You can also upload a file for a pending job to our server at any time by logging in and clicking on the "My Jobs" tab at the top of any window. On the "Job Details" page, choose the file you want to upload then click the "Upload" button.

Replacing files

You can overwrite a file that you have uploaded by simply re-uploading a new file. To do this, click on the "My Jobs" tab at the top of any window. On the Job Details page, choose the revised file you want to use, then click the "Upload" button.
