Turnaround Times

Most print products have various turnaround options. The number of days in our turnarounds refers to business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays).

The day you release your job to print by 5PM Pacific Time is day Zero. Jobs ship by the end of the business day on the due date.

Please note that jobs ordered on a one-day (super rush) turnaround must be released to print by 2PM.

Examples: A job with a two-day turnaround approved by 5PM Monday, ships by the end of the business day on Wednesday. A job with a five-day turnaround approved by 5PM Tuesday, ships by the end of the business day on the following Tuesday.

If you specify distinct turnarounds for jobs within an order, we will ship each job individually as soon as it is done. However, the type of shipping level you specify when you Checkout will apply to all jobs within the order.

Shipping

We offer four levels of Federal Express service:

Priority Overnight (delivery by 10:30 am the following business day)

Standard Overnight (delivery by the afternoon of the following business day)
Two-Day Service (delivery by the afternoon of the 2nd business day)

Ground (1 to 5 days)

You may also pick up your job at our facility at 2331 Fifth Street in Berkeley, California. Jobs can be picked up anytime from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.

You can review and change the level of shipping service for jobs in your Cart before you proceed to Checkout. Two Day service is shown by default.

We notify you of your tracking number(s) when your job ships.
