Site Requirements

SavoirPrint.com uses industry-standard HTML and Javascript to serve its pages. No special software is required to use this site, and we do not use plug-ins. Our code is tested on the most popular browsers on both the Windows and Macintosh platforms. If you are having problems using the site, please review the following browser requirements for ordering products and uploading files.

1. A Valid Email Address
An email address is required to login and use our interactive features, and to receive communications from the site. Your email address is kept private and will only be used to communicate valuable order and file status information, unless you opt-in to other marketing communications. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

2. Cookies We require cookies in order to use our shopping cart and other features. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user's computer and browser. By setting a cookie on our site, we are able to identify a specific user with uploaded files for the purpose of producing the user's print jobs. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

3. A CSS-capable browser This includes Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, Netscape Navigator 6.2 and above, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and above, and Apple's Safari. Other browsers that support CSS Level 1 Stylesheets, Javascript, and Cookies may also be used. Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh has been discontinued. While it may still continue to work with our site, we will no longer actively support it. We recommend Mac users upgrade to OS X and the latest versions of Firefox or Safari.

4. Javascript Javascript allows the processing of commands in the browser. Our live pricing module needs Javascript to work, and many of our site's features are enhanced by Javascript.

Javascript appears not to be running in your browser. Please follow the instructions below to enable Javascript.

Enabling Javascript in Microsoft Internet Explorer
These instruction work in Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows 5.0 and above.

1. Click on Tools->Internet Options 2. Click on the Security Tab, select Internet, and click Custom Settings

3. Scroll down to Scripting, and enable Active scripting and click OK until all dialog boxes are closed.

Alternate instructions for Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows
You may alternatively add savoirprint.com to you Trusted sites Zone by clicking Trusted sites and clicking the Sites... button.

You can then add https://savoirprint.com to the list of sites.

Enabling Javascript in Microsoft Internet Explorer for Mac OS
(Mac OS versions 8.6 and above)
Go to Edit->Preferences (OS 9 or lower) or Apple->Preferences (OS X).
Click Web Content in the left menu.
Click Enable scripting in the lower left-hand side of the window.

Enabling Javascript in Netscape Navigator 6.2 and up or Mozilla 1.x and up
for Mac OS (Mac OS version 8.6 and above) and Windows
Go to Edit->Preferences (OS 9 or lower) or Apple->Preferences (OS X).
Expand the Advanced tab in the left-hand menu.
Click Enable Javascript for Navigator and Allow scripts to: all items.
